The President’s duty is to plan an agenda for each general and executive board meeting and conduct it according to the B.U.S. bylaws. In addition to organizing and running meetings, the President is also one of the most active members, always promoting actives to attend new events. The President also keeps close contact with the advisers of B.U.S.
Noah Thompson - Vice President
The Vice-President’s main responsibility is to oversee the activities of each committee and ensure that duties and deadlines are being met. The Vice-President serves as an advisor to each committee and provides assistance when necessary. Also, the Vice-President is responsible for scheduling rooms for meetings.

Zach Meinholz - Secretary
The Secretary is in charge of maintaining minutes for all general and executive board meetings. The Secretary must also maintain accurate attendance records for each meeting. In addition, the Secretary keeps records of members who become inactive for a semester by requesting to do so, studying abroad, having too many absences, or not completing their community service.
Jessa kristjanson - Treasurer
The main function of the Treasurer is to maintain the B.U.S. financial records. This is done by recording all receipts and disbursements in an orderly fashion. The Treasurer is also responsible for collecting all dues from active members. Along with this, the Treasurer is to also work along with the Business Affairs Committee to promote money-making projects.
